Assoc. Prof. Dr. Warakorn Limbut, a Deputy Director of TAB-CoE and a faculty member in Division of Health and Applied Sciences, Faculty of Science, Prince of Songkla University, has developed a new portable and smartphone-compatible device, “Chilica-pod”, which can detect chili pepper’s heat (capsaicin) with high accuracy.
