Thompson from Department of Biomedical Engineering, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong. He delivered a seminar titled “The use of non-targeted analysis for the detection of food fraud” on 15 August 2023 from 1:30 – 3:00 pm. at the Faculty of Science Seminar Room.
