TAB-CoE members participated and presented their works in ASEAN-ASSET 2023: Global Summit on the Future of Future Food (ASEAN-ASSET 2023) on November 14-15, 2023 at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC), Bangkok, Thailand. Their research topics were as follows:

4. “Polyvinylpyrrolidone-graphene-chitosan porous composite beads for the analysis of parabens in beverage samples” presented by Miss Suwatchanee Maneeratanachot
5. “A portable histamine sensor using PVA@NDA sol-gel coupled with smartphone image processing for fish quality determination” presented by Miss Natha Nontipichet
6. “Solid phase extractor based on polypyrrole-coated rubber foam for the determination of carbendazim in orange juices” presented by Miss Teerayanee Chaipet
